The Microsoft track for a Level 4 AI Solutions Builder apprenticeship
A national apprenticeship provider engaged us as the Microsoft-track expert for its Level 4 AI Solutions Builder apprenticeship. We authored the unit designs for the first two modules, built the assessment around them and set the quality bar the rest of the programme was held to.

Five unit designs authored and KSB-mapped, setting the quality framework the programme followed
One of the UK's largest apprenticeship providers, delivering technology programmes to thousands of learners.
The provider was standing up a new Level 4 AI Solutions Builder apprenticeship on the ST1512 standard and needed the Microsoft track designed by a practitioner. The content had to be KSB-mapped, LMS-ready and technically accurate against fast-moving Microsoft products.
Skill the workforce
We set out the engagement step by step.
Five unit low-level designs
We authored all five unit low-level designs for the first two modules, covering agentic AI fundamentals, building agents in Copilot Studio, workflow analysis, iterative development and solution selection, each fully mapped to the ST1512 standard.
Page-by-page LMS blueprints
Every unit came with page-by-page LMS content blueprints, including knowledge checks, off-the-job logging prompts and reflection points placed through each unit.
Assessment designed to the standard
We designed the first project brief, the meets-or-exceeds marking grid and a simulated end-point assessment professional discussion, so learners can practise the assessment format ahead of gateway.
Fact-checked against the live products
Every claim in the content was verified against current Copilot Studio and Power Platform behaviour. That review caught and corrected critical inaccuracies and became the quality framework the rest of the programme followed.
