When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, your organisation if you give one and the content of your message. When you register for a webinar series we collect your first name, surname, email address and organisation if you give one. If you email us directly we hold whatever you choose to send.

When you arrive through a campaign link, we may record its campaign labels, the page you reached and the referring site's origin alongside your enquiry or webinar registration. We use this to understand which routes lead to useful conversations. We do not collect search terms.

On the public site we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure visits and completed actions from LinkedIn campaigns, including AI readiness assessments and webinar registrations. LinkedIn may receive a pseudonymous browser or device identifier and the page or action that occurred. We do not send assessment answers, email addresses or other form contents to LinkedIn through this tag.

We do not ask for special category data. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you ask about and to keep ordinary business records. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries, and where relevant taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We use a small number of trusted providers that process data on our behalf under contract: Attio for our customer records, Resend for contact form email, Microsoft for business email and Teams and LinkedIn for campaign measurement and website audiences. Webinar registrations are sent to Microsoft Teams so you can join the sessions, and the confirmation email is sent from the YUKEN mailbox through Microsoft Graph. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal data. LinkedIn may use its own identifiers to measure campaign results and build audiences under its own privacy terms. We keep those activities limited to the public site and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Some of our providers are based outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK extension to the Data Privacy Framework.

We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete it. If we do not take up a working relationship we remove your details in good time.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it and to ask for it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email hello@yuken.ai and we will respond within the time the law allows.

If you allow measurement, the LinkedIn Insight Tag may set or read identifiers and cookies used to measure visits, conversions and campaign audiences. We store your measurement choice in local storage so we can remember it. For form attribution, the site may also temporarily retain campaign labels and the referring site's origin in session storage until the browser tab closes. We do not collect search terms. You can change your browser storage settings at any time, although blocking them may affect measurement.
