This website is operated by CloudOpsTech Solutions Limited, trading as YUKEN. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean YUKEN. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, your organisation if you give one and the content of your message. If you email us directly we hold whatever you choose to send.

We do not ask for special category data. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you ask about and to keep ordinary business records. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries, and where relevant taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We use a small number of trusted providers that process data on our behalf under contract: Attio for our customer records, Resend for email delivery and Microsoft for business email and Teams. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Some of our providers are based outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK extension to the Data Privacy Framework.

We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete it. If we do not take up a working relationship we remove your details in good time.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it and to ask for it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email hello@yuken.ai and we will respond within the time the law allows.

This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies and sets no non-essential cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for your consent where it is required.
