If you have been awarded the Level 4 AI and Automation apprenticeship or are standing up the Level 5 AI Leadership units, we build the whole programme from scratch and can deliver it as well if you need us to.
Most providers can run an apprenticeship, but far fewer can write a credible AI and automation one. We have built the full curriculum, schemes of work and content for the Level 4 AI and Automation Practitioner standard and the Level 5 AI Leadership units for multiple providers, so that you do not have to start from scratch.

AI and Automation Practitioner
This is the full apprenticeship, a business improvement role mapped to all 64 KSBs across 420 guided learning hours, from process mapping through to building and embedding AI and automation.
AI Leadership: AI Strategy and Opportunity
This unit covers identifying where AI pays off and building the case for it. 30 guided learning hours.
AI Leadership: AI Adoption, Procurement and Governance
This unit covers adopting AI responsibly, procuring it well and governing it safely. 30 guided learning hours.
AI Leadership: AI Delivery and Organisational Transformation
This unit covers delivering AI change and embedding it across the organisation. 30 guided learning hours.
A complete programme built from scratch
This is a complete, audit ready apprenticeship, built to the standard and to your provision. You can take all of it or only the parts you are missing.
The full curriculum
This includes the programme specification, high level design, scheme of work and unit low level designs, all mapped to the 64 KSBs of ST1512.
Assessment & EPA
This covers formative and summative assessment, IQA plans, mock EPA and readiness evidence, all ready for audit.
Statutory content
This covers safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, EDI and GDPR, built into the programme from the outset.
Taught content
This includes slide decks, workbooks, facilitator guides and hands on labs, the taught material that complements the specification.
Delivery, if you need it
We can deliver the programme live or certify your coaches to deliver it through our train the trainer model.
